The Last of Us (TLOU) Part 1 PS5 Changes
At the time of writing, the PS5 remaster of The Last of Us has just been announced, so details on all the upgrades and changes are a little scant. That said, here are all of the changes that Sony and Naughty Dog have revealed so far:
Name change: The Last of Us Part I, instead of just, The Last of UsModernized gameplayImproved controlsExpanded accessibility optionsImproved effectsEnhanced exploration and combat
This might all sound like the usual PR fluff, but we can probably assume that The Last of Us Part 1 will likely play a lot similarly to The Last of Us Part 2, which had much better stealth and combat controls. In addition to that, while we likely won’t see a huge graphical leap, players can expect to enjoy better-looking environments and more details and effects in the surroundings. This release will include the base game, as well as the Left Behind DLC centering around Ellie and Riley. Those are all the changes in The Last of Us Part 1 for PS5 that we know about for now, but we’ll update this article as more info gets revealed.
