AAF Hardship
AAF Hardship is a player prostitution mod that has become a bit of a staple as a roleplaying mod that can be used to roleplay someone who is poor, desperate and down on their luck. There are a few different things here. The first is the ‘Beggar Whore Mode’ which adds in a number of dialogue options you can use for all of your NSFW roleplaying needs. There’s also the ability to beg NPCs for food and water items. Pimps and a Bad Boyfriend option are also available which open up some pretty dark routes for all of your NSFW roleplaying needs. AAF Hardship adds a number of dark, and gritty sex and adult options for you to dive into. If you’re looking to live out the life of someone that simply can’t get by in the wasteland, then there are few other modes quite as extensive as AAF Hardship. Just be warned, the content here can be pretty dark and is definitely only suitable for those aged 18 and over.
Sexy Clothes From Skyrim
This Sexy Clothes from Skyrim mod converts the sexy, skimpy clothes that Skyrim modders had previously made for use in FO4. A good start if you’re looking to make things a little more lewd, and a little bit more like Skyrim, without going all out like some of the other ones on this list. There’s even a ‘Zap’ option for you to remove items of clothing entirely, allowing you to spice up yours and your companions’ looks!
EVB Birthday Suit
The EVB Birthday Suit that will give you the ability to add a nude body armor that’s craftable. Note that you need to register there for access the content as it’s locked behind an age restriction. Needless to say, this obviously will make everyone that equips this body armor to be completely nude.
AAF Morning Sex With Lover
What this mod does is allow you to engage in some pillow talk after an “Advanced Animation Framework” or AAF, or you know, sex. Basically it allows that and then also you’ll get to enjoy your lover saying some sweet things to you the morning after.
2pac’s CBBE Skimpy Armor and Clothing Replacer
With this one, you’ll have a plethora of skimpy clothing to outfit characters in. It replaces many of the items in the game with much more lewd and sexier versions of them. Basically making everyone dress a little more skimpier than usual.
Crazy 6987- Sex Animation
This sex animation mod from Crazy6987 is among the best for nude bodies in vanilla FO4. It’s quite popular and appears to be a favorite among many players looking to improve upon the vanilla bodies that exist in the game already.
Meet Companion Ivy
Ivy is an entirely new companion that can be added into Fallout 4 with the ‘Meet Companion Ivy’ mod. This allows you to recruit Ivy and embark on entirely new conversations and quests with them on your adventure across the Commonwealth. Of course, with this being an NSFW sex mod for Fallout 4, you can also get down and do the nasty with your new wasteland companion.
Lewd Commonwealth Conversion
The Lewd Commonwealth Conversion mod is a nude body replacer for Raider, Gunner, Old People, Feral Ghoul, Super Mutant, Synth Gen 1, Gen 2 and Gen 3 body overhaul. It introduces new outfits and even a FUTA option if you’re want to go down that route. All bodies and outfits are replacements for the in-game originals and feature fully functional dismemberment.
M.C.G Extended Social Interactions
The M.C.G. Extended Social Interactions mod gives a pretty substantial NSFW overhaul to Fallout 4’s dialogue and interaction options with NPCs. You’ll be able to flirt with various NPCs in various locations, date people, prostitute yourself, trade slaves and plenty more. This mod isn’t just limited to sex, it makes massive overhauls to Fallout 4’s dialog options with NPCs, expanding things beyond the simple combat/ non-combat interaction choices you have with most of them, and giving you the ability to actually roleplay within the wasteland.
Beefy Dudes
This lets you add… you guessed it… beefy dudes. If you’re looking to add a little dream daddy into your FO4 experience, this is definitely one way to do that.
Devious Devices
Devious Devices, as you might have guessed by its rather suggestive name, is a Fallout 4 sex toys mod. It features things like chastity belts, collars, cuffs, and gags, and there’s even things like vibrators and hobble skirts in there to boot. There’s some interesting gameplay impacts here, too. If, for example, you’re gagged, you’ll speak gibberish to NPCs when engaging them in conversation. Or, you can just gag Preston so he can never ask you to save another settlement again. The dream, right?
Penis Envy
The Penis Envy mod does exactly what it sounds like. The mod will give your male character a permanent erection. You can choose between flaccid and erect options, and there are three of each, should you care for some variety in your genitalia’s look.
ZeX Fusion Girl
ZeX Fusion Girl improves the physics of women in Fallout 4. Essentially jiggle will be more pronounced, and the movement of bodies and skeletons will look more realistic. You’ll have full body slider options, skinned genitals and breasts, and improved knees, meaning they won’t be disjointed when crouching, kneeling or posing.
