Shiny Pumpkaboo will be available in Pokemon Go only in the wild starting Oct. 27th, 2022, so stockpile Pokeballs and Incenses this week. Catch as many Pumpkaboo as you can during the Halloween Event to ensure you find a shiny one—they’re easier to find near grassy areas like parks. If you manage to find two shiny Pumpkaboo, you can evolve one into a shiny Gourgeist.
Are There Other Halloween Pokemon Available? Answered
During the Halloween event lots of other cool shiny Pokemon will be in the wild, and unlike Pumkaboo, are in Field Research tasks, Raids, and Eggs: Yamask and its regional variant are especially rare and shiny Driftblim is spectacular. If you and your friends are missing Giratina from your Pokedex, the Origin-Forme of this Sinnoh legendary appears in 5-star Raids during the event.
