In a statement to Engadget, the South Korean giant Samsung says: “We are reviewing a limited number of reports on response issues on the Galaxy S9/S9+ touchscreen. We are working with affected clients and investigating.” According to Android Police, the flaw is mentioned in some Reddit topics and in the official forum of the South Korean giant Samsung and seems to affect the Galaxy S9+ more than the S9. As you can see in the GIF below, from the bobdurfob user on Reddit, the Galaxy S9+ can not register ringtones in an area at the bottom of the screen:- https://giphy.com/gifs/s9-touchscreen-issues-7SEFA7E7rjFaY4Qfew However, the same area of the touchscreen is not always affected. For some users, it is the top of the screen that does not record the ringtones, preventing you from opening the notifications panel; for others, the bottom does not allow them to use the keyboard correctly. As a palliative, some people have increased the sensitivity of the touchscreen. However, this does not solve the problem; and in most cases, it is also no use resetting the device. The South Korean giant Samsung asks affected customers to contact the company directly. So, what do you think about this? Simply share all your views and thoughts in the comment section below.
